Clueless

Gardening is a learning process but sometimes there is just so much to learn it feels overwhelming. Every plant, tree, shrub and flower has special needs that you have to remember and to be honest, I can barely remember to take my daily meds (which are ironically there to help me with the brain fog brought on by the mast cell disease)!

I went out to transplant the sunflower lookalike into the antique manure spreader and found it is already filled with sprouts…

I completely forgot I planted actual sunflower seeds in in a couple weeks ago! 😄

I also found this lovely purple thing growing behind the duck pen…

I didn’t plant anything there, it’s nothing I recognize anywhere else in the yard and doesn’t look like a weed. I am clueless as to what it is or how it got there, but since it is lovely I guess it’s staying!
