All that worrying was for naught because after all the rain we’ve gotten these last two days, everything is absolutely thriving! Every strawberry plant suddenly has blooms…

The radishes are looking good…

The lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, onions and everything else also are obviously happy with all the water they received. Even the thyme and rosemary looked happier, which surprised me.
And here I was worried that it would be too much water! ๐
Between storms was a good time to pull weeds and chat with the chickens and play with the pups and refill all the bird feeders. Some of which are just high enough up that it reminds me of how short I am and how much I hate being short!

I did manage to reach it with a bit of help from my tall son.
I also managed, somehow, to finish painting the dressing room without killing myself so that was quite the accomplishment. Except I left the window open to air it out during last night’s rain storm so guess what I woke up to?
Yep. Water, water, everywhere. ๐
Hi Chelle; many thanks for the follow. Your garden looks splendid and oddly similar to mine even if I’m some 6,000 miles east in London. But do sent us rain or I’ll be comparing with Istanbul or Vegas. And my radishes are delicious too.

Thank you! I have faith that it will rain soon in London. If not, we are all in far more trouble than we realize! ๐

It’s had the audacity to rain in Spain. Shocking!!

I hate being short. Rooster never seems to understand when I complain that I can’t reach anything.

My hubby likes to pick me up so I can reach things rather than doing it for me and doesn’t get why that’s annoying, too! ๐
