The snow not only didn’t melt yesterday but more arrived. So by afternoon the world was once again blanketed in white, but I am so tired of the snow it all just looked grey to me.

It was pretty bleak until sunset and then my grey, boring world filled in with color. First it crept in slowly…

Then it just burst forth like an overfilled balloon…

Before fading quietly back to shades of grey again…

By the time it faded to black I was settling in, feeling pretty okay about all the snow again. Funny how a good sunset can do that!
