As we get older time speeds up, or at least it feels that way. It seems like just yesterday I was pulling dozens of plump, juicy onions the size of baseballs out of the ground but here we are. It’s April again and I’m placing my order for this year’s crop.
Winter held on as long as it possibly could but even it realized that nothing lasts forever. Any day now the tulips will be waking up…

And the robins will be laying their eggs…

The girls will hopefully give us lots of babies this year to help grow our flock…

And the lilacs will bloom and take my breath away.
Then all of it will be gone again in the blink of an eye, just like last year and the year before and all the years before them. Life is short and as they say, we should “bloom where we’re planted”. That’s exactly what I plan to do.
Have a beautiful Saturday, everyone! 🌷
Time goes by so fast.

It does and we can’t get it back. Or stop it. Great now I am having an existential crisis lol.
