Spring Has Sprung!

After a much needed break we came back to find that the pups are all blowing their coats and spring has finally arrived!!šŸ™‚

The birds are staking out which bird house they are going to build their nest in…

We had a nice trip and it did feel good to get away from the house and refresh myself as I prepare for what’s coming but I admit that I do so love being at home. I’ve become quite the homebody and why not? I have so much to do every day here and it’s all things that keeps me happily busy, so I was glad to get back to it.

I spent yesterday collecting eggs to dye for Easter and drying out my herbs…

As well as digging out my Easter decorations…

…which are scattered here, there and everywhere while I’m painting and redecorating. I’m going to try and finish the dressing room this weekend while the weather is nice and I can work with the window open. It’s going to be so pretty, I can’t wait to get it finished.

It’s hard though because as the weather warms, the entire neighborhood is starting to come alive as we all find ourselves able to get out there a bit…

Of course I am already getting geared up for gardening. 😊

We finally got the gutter guys over to fix us up so now we can add rain barrels on both sides of the house, and we’re already planning our Halloween haunt (yes, I know lol) because our last one was included in the AtmosFX ‘best of’ collection (they make the digital decorations we use)

So that’s exciting. I also have a TON of material I am working on for our other projects (the exotic car hauling and sled dog blog/channels) which I’ll be updating soon. Now that spring is here, we’ll be busy, busy, busy but we’ll be having a lot of fun, too, so I’m excited. I just need more hours in the day!

Still, it’s spring! ā¤ļø
