It’s that time of year when we both feel the urgent need to take a road trip a few miles north east and escape into paradise. The problem is, once we’re there we never want to leave, even though it’s just a short drive back home again!

We can easily make the trip in a day, but it’s hard to see everything there is to see in just a day. To truly appreciate Yellowstone you have to spend at least a week, or, better yet, a lifetime.

If you’ve never been to our “backyard” it may be hard to believe that it really, truly is this beautiful.
