My camera roll is full of reminders of why I love winter so much here, despite being quite ready for spring. There’s just something about all the snow and the way it makes the mountains here look so, well, mountainy.

I’m kinda going to miss waking up to those frosty morning views…

I won’t miss risking causing an avalanche just to gather eggs every day, though! 😄

We had a ton of fun mushing with the pups but we will be glad to see the reservoirs fill back up with all the runoff so we can go camping and fishing again…

Ahhh, I can almost feel that ice cold, mountainy water on my bare feet on a hot summer’s day…
